I've been searching around and haven't found more than one other case of this happening.
I am attempting to create a puppet and I get an error telling me I am not permitted to create new nations.
Is there a reason for this or am I missing something?

UPDATE: Fixed by using another computer on the same network.

This is because of the event - You're not allowed to create a new region until it is over. [[A bit of an unfortunate decision imo since not everyone wants to play the zombie game]]

EDIT: Misread title as ''region'' I just created a puppet nation just fine. So it sounds like you're having more of a technical issue - which unfortunately, I can't help you with that.

Not a region. A nation. I can't make a new nation.

As I pointed out, this is a moderation issue. It has nothing to do with the zombie apocalypse. A moderator will come by and address this.

I've looked, and can't see any reason you can't create a new nation, unless there's a block somewhere I didn't see that isn't directly related to your nation. Will flag down another mod to review, make sure I didn't miss anything. In the meantime, if you haven't, send in a GHR. Thanks!

UPDATE:

I was able to create a nation on another computer on the same network.
If it matters, I was trying to create my nation on my shitty little Samsung Chromebook.

It worked fine on a desktop computer.

One of your neighbors/classmates went on a multi-nation trolling spree a few days back and earned a block for your network. It's lifted now. If you know which idiot it was, discourage them from wrecking your game in future.
