Why would I use mods as a weapon against someone I don't even know all that well?,I would understand if it was someone else like Unibot - this person has been pretty annoying for quite some time and this is just the latest of 100% useless threads

Tons of threads on these forums are annoying and useless to some readers, and interesting to others. If this particular thread annoys you, stop reading it. Put the poster on your Foes list. You've been told several times now that it's not breaking rules, and your persistance is annoying to ME. Should I ban you for that? No, I just ban rule breakers. This doesn't meet the test, so drop it.

For the record, it's not going off-topic. I have clearly stated out, that to get to where I wish to go, first I need to lead TNP. It's like I want to get from Point A to Point Z, first I need to get to Point B and so on first.

So I'm talking about Point B now, instead of just dwelling on Point A. It is still relevant. In fact, shouldn't you be happy I'm making progress?

The fact that your thread is legal doesn't mean anyone needs to be happy about it. I personally find it pointless and annoying too. However, my personal feelings don't override the rules in this instance.
