He's referring to all others as "peasents", and actually seems to take a thrill in the idea of killing strangers.

I'd like a second opinion on this, he's clearly gone past the moral dilemma stage and is just trying to aggravate/troll people. Do we really want a forum where people can openly express pleasure over the idea of murdering innocents?
