The following thread viewtopic.php?f=20&t=316706&start=1025 is Titled Which religion is more harmful? Christianity or Islam?
And although this is currently a very active and popular thread the Aren't the OP and a Title both Flaming or Flame-baiting? This is a controversial topic and I just wanted to have it checked out. To make sure it doesn't offend to many... Personally to me it looks like the only point the author made this thread was to throw down Religion and rise up Atheism. Weather you are Christian, atheist, Muslim, or something else I respect your religious right, however I believe this thread could offend it.

Not when Two are being targeted In a non respectful manner.

They look forward to Armageddon." This is most defiantly flaming according to your detentions.

Posts that are made with the aim of angering someone indirectly. (in this case Christians and Muslims) Not outright flame, but still liable to bring angry replies. (and it already has many) Flame baiting is a far more subtle and covert action; it is an underhanded tactic that is designed to provoke a response from another player. It's in the same context of trolling but with flamebaiting it's just the one person. (if it is not Flame baiting than it is most defiantly flaming.

No, it is not. It is not directed at any specific user of the site. At best, you could argue that it might be trollish in tone, given the tapdancing between saying the faith itself does one thing and saying that all members of that faith does that thing. Given the overall context of the post, I'm inclined to read it as the OP meant the faith, and not all members of the faith.

The thread, according to the OP, is to discuss the subjective topic of harm caused by faith, with the scope slightly narrowed between two of the major world religions. Atheism is not even mentioned in the OP, let alone being promoted. It could have been written better, true, but I concur with Nerv's ruling that the thread is not actionable.
