He/she did say it was a joke I the first post, so that's not really trolling/flaming though it is a bit spammy. As for the Punch post, that's role play so it doesn't apply.

Without wishing to spam moderation, I don't see any actual threat here. The context makes it a joke, as does the format.

Edit: It may still be unadvised, but (at least to me) it lacks any actual malicious intent.
