If I may, the subject nation of the thread made it clear that he didn't even want to participate, thus I see no reason for it to be reopened.

No, the godmoding and spam started the moment you tried to invade after the other player said they weren't interested. Nationstates roleplay is very much based on the notion of "You don't have to play with anyone you don't want to." Elemental North should probably have come to Moderation after you attempted to continue despite their protest rather than cave in and help turn the thread into such a circus show. I see no reason to reopen the thread; if you want to roleplay a war, make sure the other player(s) are okay with it before you go ahead, it will save you a lot of headaches and annoyance in the long run.

Anna hasn't even had the chance to participate since they haven't logged in for 4 days. They should at least be given a chance to participate.

No. If you insist on starting another war thread, do so with someone who is willing to rp one out with you. Otherwise, leave people alone. No one should be forced/gulled/cajoled/or otherwise pressured into an rp with anyone else. For any reason.

You clearly didn't pay attention to directions. Do everyone a favor, and do not start up any wars for a while with anyone. And in the meantime, please read over the stickies, perhaps get some assistance from the mentors, and leave these other nations alone. They clearly don't want to have anything to do with a conflict rp and yourself.
