A question regarding link to songs

Hello.
It's allowed to put in the WFE of a region a link to a song like those three (please hear and judge all three, because its are very different each other)?

I suppose it isn't rulebreaking, because these are external links, and also I notice that there are regions with external links to 18 years-only forums. These songs are more mild, but I want be sure before to put the links in a WFE.

though if you're unsure about a link you should submit a GHR

The songs linked by me have lyrics (and videos) that are almost / more or less PG13, but maybe exceed PG13 with some words: English is not my native language, and I careful check the lyrics of a song before posting it. But, still, sometimes I'm not able to distinguish certain nuances of meaning. That's why I want be sure before use it. I have self-imposed to my nations a content policy roughly based on PG rating (more restrictive than PG13) and the very few times I approach the PG13 or, worse, I run the risk of exceeding the PG13, I seek to better understand how the rules are interpreted here.

If you think it's going to violate the PG-13 standard, err on the side of caution and don't post it. You could, I suppose, refer to it as being easily found on the Internet.

Linking to external content which breaks rules (example: pornography) is still breaking the rules. It being an external link doesn't make it suddenly OK.

Moderators can only act on stuff they know about. Seeing a link elsewhere on the site does not automatically make it OK, as it could easily be something no moderator has yet run into.

As for the videos... fortunately youtube has a policy of removing all sorts of problematic content, so that helps in and of itself. Though you're still not in the clear, as NS rules do vary slightly. Youtube for instance has little problem with all sorts of Nazi material, while on NS we do not allow users gloating about the Holocaust / promoting a next one. Also, context matters. That Lilly Allen song for instance could be used to flame/bait when you direct it to a specific user. (though don't worry about it being insulting to George W. Bush, he's not expected to be a user on this site)

Until now, I never suspect Lily Allen's song have something to do with George W. Bush (he isn't directly or indirectly cited in the lyrics).
A last question: at least, the title and the singer can be safely cited if it's done without providing a direct link to the song? In a WFE entry, I mean, and NOT direct to another user (I never thinked about a similar use).
