2 of my accounts have been hacked

My accounts -Arabiyah- and Amireika have been hacked and I think I know who did it I would also like to be able to have them back. I was logged into my Arabiyah accout last night as I woke up I did notice I was logged out I tried logging in than it said incorrect password and I noticed my account also said Resinged from WA which I did not do so I tried to log into my Amireika account and said the same thing incorrect password and said I changed the name of my leader to Superme Commander General Obama which I did not do. I gave my password to one of my friends who I thought I could trust because I need help changing my -Arabiyah- flag but I think he did more than that. I know it's my fault I shouldn't have handed out my code but I thought I could trust him being a close friend. I would like to have my account information and I would also like to ask if it is possible for him not to get deleted.

Hacked accounts should be reported via GHR.

... and please provide as much information as possible in your GHR. Your "I think I know who did it" kind of opens a whole can of follow-up questions and let's avoid going back and forth a long time getting to the bottom of this.
