Yes. There's always a very good chance the Mods who will reports here are Forum Mods who can't resolve it.

GHRs go right to Game Mods. We lowly forum mods can't do anything about flags, so posting it here maybe just helps those of us that can't see anything see it faster - and also brings attention to the player/flag in question.

(after all, how many players went "Huh, inappropriate? I wonder what he means by that? *click*" after reading this post?)
