It's not possible to evade a ban with the same nation if the ban was properly placed. Kat's post about the ban indicated a 3 day ban, but I'm guessing she accidentally hit "one day" when applying it. As such, not really the player's fault.
Which doesn't mean we can't reapply the ban, which I've just done.
