Typically Russians. For me it's all the more proof that Russian rebels (with Russian-supplied equipment) are responsible. Yesterday they also blocked OSCE inspectors from visiting the site and they even issued warning shots.

Beside the fact, that just because some people from the Donetsk oblast/DPR are anti-Kiev/anti-West/pro-Russia, it didn't make them Russians automatically. Secondly - implying that all Russians are marauders is, what, "okay" now?

Should I understand long silence by Mods that:

a) All these examples are not actionable, therefore

b) Wishing for nuclear destruction of another country in most obnoxious way is ok now.
c) "All X are Y" (in its "Typicall X behavior") is not actionable - if we talk about Russians.
d) Ukrainians are better and more reliable then Russians (who are, I quote, "stupid... neo commie soldiers").

Would be flaming if said person posted here. If you can find him, I'll issue a warning. It would be flamebaiting if there was a sizable portion of the involved parties posting here, but that's also not the case.

There is no way you can extrapolate "all Russians are stupid" from that sentence, nor can you make a case for the "superiority" of Ukrainians over Russians. Thats reaching like I've not seen in quote some time.

Given the phrases were not, in fact, the same, I'm having a hard time giving them equal weight. Each ruling is based on the individual instance, not weighed and measured against one another on some sort of bell curve or the like, much as some would have it otherwise.
