I've recently been in a debate about whether or not the Confederate Flag was racist and I brought up the argument regarding another poster's remarks that said laws in the early-mid-19th century stated that even though slaves think they're humans in the eyes of the law, they are property and several people have taken it upon themselves to harass me and call me a slave and troll me.

You still haven't managed to grasp ANYTHING I've ever said. Wow, this incredible.

You're dangerously close to breaking one of the forum rules.

How so? You argued that a slave is a slave regardless of what it thinks it is, because it is "legally" referred to as a slave.
So as a slave, your arguments, and anything you say doesn't matter, no matter how much you think it is.

Since when is calling another player property, not human, and a slave not actionable NERVUN?

I'd appreciate another moderator's opinion because I don't see how you couldn't see how offensive being called not human, property or a slave is.

Since I don't think Grave_n_Idle would necessarily appreciate my ruling on a issue where he's in part the original root cause of the report (though not the report itself), I have flagged this up for the requested second opinion from another member of the moderation team.

Limited as this is to one argument in one thread, this doesn't rise to the level of harassment. That much is clear. That leaves us with the standard repertoire of violations. Based on the context of using this as an argument of reducto ad absurdum, I have to conclude the same as Nervun. Under this specific circumstance, it's not actionable.
