Given players have not been given much information about Discards, I can't say if At Vote threads for Discarded proposals should be archived too, but if so:

I did most of the first list plus the Discarded prop. I also did a search and grabbed the SC props. I did not include the following, because they didn't look like passed resolutions to me:
