I don't know if it breaks the rules explicitly, but the only content in it is the phrase "Death to traitors! Freedom to Britain!" This is the phrase spoken by Thomas Mair who murdered the British MP Jo Cox in broad daylight. I would suggest that the users politics would indicate that they may be glorifying that death by using that slogan.
