This user's signature has a message that could definitely be interpreted as threatening under the "show spoiler" section.

He wrote: If I see you or anyone insult someone for their Sexuality, Religion, Race, Interests, Disorder, Obsession or Ideology I will find you and treat you like the scum you are.

Sounds like he's threatening to dox and then murder anybody he disagrees with.

Question: my .sig was spoilered because it was too long. Why? It's fine on my screen in the preview box (about 5.5 lines). So, is there's a standard screen width I should be using for the 8-lines test?

I do most of the sig rulings and base my efforts on my 1680 x 1050 screen, less ~150 pixels width for menu bars and such. I didn't spoiler your sig (which would have been ~6 lines on my screen), but I agree with the mod who did.

Giant wall-of-text declarations don't belong in forum sigs, whether it be your list of RP alliances or your belief in the nature of Christmas. We don't want to read (or have to skip over) that massive blog with your every post. A better choice would be to put such statements in a Dispatch, and link the Dispatch in your sig.

Your clarification needs clarification. If we can edit sigs into compliance, we do so. If we can't because somebody insists on using every scrap of the 800 allotted characters to try and summarize their entire life (as you seem to have done), then we'll clip the whole thing out and send it to you in a telegram so you can decide what to cut.

While your current sig is technically legal, it's an eyesore of color and links. Seriously, you should spoiler most of it. Nobody needs to read that stuff after your every post.
