If you have evidence of such things, please show it to me and I'll finish this inquiry.

I'm showing two warnings for editing (and then reverting the edits 4 hours later) on 29 Jul 2013, another warning on 01 Aug 2013, an actual forumban for sig spamming on 25 Sep 2013, and finally today. That's five.
