i've been careful to read all the rules, and not to post in moderation when its an opinion, but i think TFF is right.

so, TFF posts their opinion on the thread. not really a problem, and then Dyavoko attacks them. TFF is angry and replies, telling him about his 756 run-tell thread (really? 756 run-tell threads in moderation? thats kinda sad) and then Dyavoko unhelpfully responds, instead of telling TFF to quit it.

so, instead of telling them to quit, or do anything for himself, he just goes to moderation and makes a run-tell thread for something that really isn't flamebaiting or a personal attack, so i don't think that TFF is really very far in the wrong here. in fact, i think Dyavoko is kind of wrong here instead.

Speaking of TheIncorporation, lads and lasses, let's all take home this lesson:

Getting caught trying to hack into another player's nation is pretty much a fast-track ticket to Delete-On-Sight. Dedicated targeting of another player for repeated harassment via multiple nations (or a concentrated effort by more than one player; TFF, I'm looking at you, as we know you were collaborating with TheIncorporation to do so) is a good way to eventually earn your way up the warning ladder from knock-it-offs to *** official warnings *** to forumbans to deletions and eventually to a Delete-on-Sight, but generally harassment is less dire an offense than attempting to steal another player's nation.

So, I am sorry to say, TheIncorporation has been uninvited from the Nationstates website permanently. New nations he attempts to sneak back on the site will be deleted as we spot them. I would strongly recommend to TFF that he give up on the campaign of harassment, and suggest the straightforward solution of putting Dyakovo on ignore and do not acknowledge him at all. That way the temptation to continue flaming a player he clearly cannot address in a remotely civil manner should be removed and moderation involvement will stop being necessary.

Hey, this is TheIncorporation.

Yes, I know. I kind of get it. Go away and never return. Frankly, I think I'm glad and fine with that, as all this website has done is waste my time and tick me off. And I've been kind of a jerk.

But before I leave forever, I want to clear TFF. She wasn't conspiring with me to get Dyakovo's password, that was just me. And all the attempts were by me. Don't ban or warn her, as she wasn't really part of it.

So, I mean, before leaving this site for good, I might as well do something beneficial for the website by clearing her.

If I show up again, feel free to ban me on sight. I'm okay with that.

I'm requesting you withdraw your false accusation of me collaborating with anyone in harassing/hacking ANYTHING or ANYONE on this site. That's a very serious allegation for a moderator to make against a player. You have the ability to view/see any attempts like you described and you damn sure don't have any from me or my IP. Do not make those false accusations against me again.

As for your claim of me harrassing another player. Complete bullshit. That player reported me to a mod last week and I in turn made a complaint back against the mod(s) for abuse. No action was taken against me and that player not only started a thread in moderation about me, he then went to another thread to laugh and post about what he did and was joined by a moderator and other players in publically discussing and joking about their actions. When I responded to that flaming I was told to knock off the personal attacks.

As demonstrated again yesterday in the Sea Shepherd thread, that same player came into a thread I was posting in, quoted me and began another personal attack. When I responded to that asking him to stay on topic, he reports me and I again get told by a mod to stop personal attacks. The mod completely ignored that player following me around, initiating the personal attack and generally harassing me again.

So, I am trying to ignore the guy. I tried last week when he came after me. I tried yesterday when he came after me. I tried when he sent me his telegram telling me he shouldn't have harassed or publically mocked me.

In closing, please discontinue making any more false accusations against me and please discontinue telling me to stop harassing someone who is telegraming me and apologizing to me for publically harassing/mocking me in other threads.

I did, as she claims, make a comment pertaining to her response to that in the eternal thread, which I also apologized for both in thread and by TG. It was also shortly after both of my reports of her that TheIncorporation started his pattern of behavior that lead to him getting banned and then DOSed... The hacking attempts started minutes after my second report.

TheIncorporation's ban will stand on the strength of rulebreaking beyond what has been discussed here, but Dyakovo's conduct in possibly escalating these events will be examined.

Alright, I think all the relevant cards have been put on the table here. TFF, we're not going to act until we get a chance to talk to the moderator(s) who ruled on your case. TheIncorporation's ban will stand on the strength of rulebreaking beyond what has been discussed here, but Dyakovo's conduct in possibly escalating these events will be examined.

If the moderator(s) who ruled on my case happen to be the same moderator(s) whose misconduct against myself was under review last week, then I'm requesting a non-partial moderator be included in the discussion due to probable retaliation against me for reporting that moderator for their abuse.

I'd also like the telegram I sent requesting that nobody; the moderator(s), Dyakovo, TheIncorporation, The Kingdom of Schipperke or any other player that objected to the moderation I was given be punished on my behalf or on behalf of me, be shown to that moderator.

Finally, I don't know TheIncorporation. I don't know any of the players that posted in the mod thread objecting to the moderator referring to me in a derogatory manner and who received bans from that moderator for objecting to it. I dislike that people were banned over objecting to it and ask that those bans be removed. I have not participated in, assisted in, encouraged, or condoned any misconduct of hacking or password stealing by any player and would not ever do so.

Do you report so many people that you can't keep track of them? You reported me, he posted in your reported thread about me and got banned for doing it. Another player got a 6 hour ban for supporting me and I don't know that person either. All of this ridiculous drama and banning came from you objecting to my opinion that most Americans are whiners.

I would be most pleased if you put me on ignore and I can continue to ignore you and we both just mind our own business and enjoy ourselves here. Agreed?
