It's relatively static - although the first few days vary more than later days. Issues and frequency of activity do not affect population growth, although it can be fun to RP that your nation's "Population Enticement Program" is working quite well, for example.

GHawkins - I have no idea, and you may want to post this in a factbook-specific thread since I'm not sure how often the techies check this thread. I don't do many factbooks myself, so I'm afraid I can't offer much advice there.

Generally, WA bans are nation specific. If this nation was banned from the WA, you can usually rejoin with a new nation or a puppet.

I'm not sure if this is where I ask this but, I want to know if it would be an issue if my wife made her nation a WA nation.
She has been playing for awile but she can't realy do what she wants most the time because she isn't WA. So I wanted to know if it was okay to have two WA nation if we can somehow prove we are two separate people. Please respond soon. Thank you.

If you both use the same computer, the answer is "no, you can't both have WA nations". If you have separate computers / phones / tablets and don't ever log in to each other's device, then it's fine.

I realize I provided a purely technical answer to your Technical question. Your response raises an ethical question regarding "no person may CONTROL more than one WA nation."

Had you responded, "Okay, thanks, I'll have her make a WA nation right now," there would be no ethical dilemma. Your wife would be in control of her own WA nation, and that would be the end of it. If your intent is to manage her WA nation 'on her behalf' on a second device, then you're violating the Terms of Service. Either she plays it entirely on her own, or you (collectively) are limited to one WA nation.

She plays on her own. I do not control it, but she dose live with me. I.e. She is my wife...
So would it still be okay? If not I can remove myself from the WA because she matters more me.

Edit: just so you know she is in my region, hope that's not seen as an issue.

But I'm willing to take myself off the WA if it means she is happy.

Hello, I have a doubt about the issues:

I received the issue about the government's objectives. Choose the option tax cut (6 hours ago: Following new legislation in Kaguya, citizens are enjoying a recent large cut in taxes.). But there wasn't tax cut. Remained at 15%. Is this normal?

And in my other nation, I received the issue about uranium exploration. Choose the option moderate mining (the mining industry is making inroads into environmentally sensitive areas). But there wasn't economic change. Remained at All-Consuming and 96/100 of rating. This is normal, too?

When you have completed the criteria for an easter egg, must you wait for the issue to cycle back around or will the issue pop up as the next issue you receive; if it must cycle through then how long must I wait to get the issue?

It's random. It won't automatically be your next issue - but it may be - and it may take multiple weeks. No set time period, but if you're eligible for an Easter Egg issue, it's added to the potential pool of issues you can receive.

How do I change my national pretitle?
Until you reach a population of over 500 million citizens, you are stuck with the pre-determined list in your Settings.

After that, you can change your pre-title – but, of course, the usual rules regarding appropriate content do apply.

Is it possible to have the pretitle NOT include the "The" and the "Of" in it? It makes for some weird grammar and syntax when trying to come up with an appropriate pretitle. I don't know if this is the appropriate place to be putting this, but I couldn't figure out how to contact the Devs about it.

Sorry, no. It's hard coded. People have asked for optional removal before, and it's been denied with good reason (though I can't be bothered with looking it up at the moment).

How do I set my signature?
As stated above, you can set your signature by going into the User Control Panel. Under the profile tab, you'll want to select the “Edit Signature” option.

Your signature has an 800 character limit – which, sadly, includes BBCode – and also an 8-line limit, per the OSRS.

Depends what you mean by "election." If you want a poll to run - the Founder (or WAD, if they have executive powers) can start one at the bottom of the region Admin page. Pay careful attention to who can all "vote" - there are different options, and if it's an election, you don't want someone moving in 20 puppets to stuff the ballot box.

If you mean a non-NS side poll ... however you want to do it, I guess? *scratches head*
