I have noticed plans by [violet] to introduce yet another category concerning the 'liberation' of regions, which involves region password protection.

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but it would be really great if you could put the arrow feature on the top right corner of posts like in the old jolt forums back, they were incredibly useful, and it's annoying not to have them now.

Do you mean the green arrow after the poster's name, inside a quote box? I really miss that.

I found it indispensible, particularly in long threads.

This already exists... there's no link for it, but on the search page, you can chose to search the first post of threads only, and if you use the "Search for author" field together with that, it gives a list of threads started by that user.
