Ghazmite #1: Base Ghazmite situation.

Industrial waste problem

Issue: Industrial waste is too high

1. Introduce ghazmite suits.
{reason: hazmat suits aren't quite good enough for upgrades}
2. Introduce industry pollution monitors.
3. shut down the worst polluting industries.
4. research clean industries. (1-time choice)
5. Dump the pollutants into the oceans.

Ghazmite2a: If ghazmite is introduced, negative response

Outfitted labor is difficult!

Issue: Some people are protesting that these ghazmite suits are too cumbersome and are reducing job performance considerably.

1: Streamline the suits for ease of use, reducing composition.
2: Make ghazmite suits optional wear, and introduce quarantined areas.
3: Use some of the people to clean the environment, eliminating the need to wear them.

Ghazmite2b: If ghazmite is introduced, positive response

Not enough ghazmite suits

Issue: The industries are complaining they cannot produce enough ghazmite suits.

1: Just increase ghazmite production.
2: Make ghazmite suits optional wear, and introduce quarantined areas.
3: Upgrade the suits so that people have infinite filtration and nourishment.
4: Clean the environment so you don't need to wear these suits.

Ghazmite2c: if you dump chemicals into the ocean.

A matter of fresh air

Requirements: Have a very low environmental score.
Issue: The pollution is by far too high to be healthy.

1. Clean up the environment.
2: Introduce ghazmite suits.
{reason: hazmat suits aren't quite good enough for upgrades}
3: Quarantine all the buildings in the empire.

Ghazmite2d: If you introduce pollution control standards

Don't regulate the industries!

Issue: The standards are bad for business OR the people oppose the current standards.

1. Remove the standards.
2: Shut down all industries. (not available if 3c is active)
3: Make the standards more lenient.
4: Make the standards even harsher.
5: (if choice 4 in #1 isn't active) Replace standards with clean industries.

Ghazmite3a: if you quarantine the buildings without ghazmite and have a high intelligence rating.

Issue: A discovery has been made, the ghazmite resource. How do we use it?

1: make everyone wear the ghazmite suit.
2: just make the government utilize ghazmite with their forces and buildings.
3: Insulate all the buildings with the ghazmite resource.
4: fully use the ghazmite resource in all ways.

Ghazmite3b: if you use ghazmite for insulation without using suits.

Claustrophobia Situation

Requirements: Have virtually a non-existent environmental score in addition to the right issues.
Issue: The people are complaining about not being able to walk out in the open!

1: Clean the environment.
2: Make the ghazmite suits mandatory.
3: Only allow government forces to use the suits.
4: Make the suits optional to wear.
5: Shut down the ghazmite industry.

Ghazmite3c: If your population is quarantined AND has ghazmite suits

Industrial Advancement

Requirements: Develop the space program and have the population to support more industry.
Issue: The corrupt industries want to make the environmental situation even worse. Do you approve? You can choose where the industry allocates itself if you approve.

1a: Reject/Rescind the final environmental step. {if 3c conditions are met}
1b: Toggle Industrial pollution controls.
2: Use the increased industry to support medical facilities.
3: Support the military with greater arms dealings.
4: Introduce a petrochemical industry to the society.
5: Develop more electrical generators.

Ghazmite3d: If the people complain about the ghazmite suit regulations.

A situation with the suits

Issue: The people complain about wearing ghazmite suits. Choose the new regulation.

1: Eliminate suit production.
2: Ghazmite suits are required, and only available to government forces when working.
3: Make the suits optional.
4: Make the ghazmite suits required.

Ghazmite3e: When the protocols of industry are discussed.

Industrial Operations

Issue: It's time to discuss the industrial policy for some reason.

1: Introduce a new factory(results in 3c immediately happening)
2: Toggle Oceanic Dumping Procedures. (where applicable)
3: Factories should be built more internally.
4: Factories should built more externally.
5: Toggle pollution control standards. (where applicable)
