How long is my RMB ban for?

Basically, apparently I was trolling and got banned from posting on RMB. I got this message from the mods:

Banned from RMB posting for flaming and trolling less than a day after getting off ban.

They didn't specify when I'm going to be unbanned. So is this permanent then? If so, is there still a way to get unbanned?

I have twice already. If they're going to ignore me because they don't like me and what my nation stands for, then it is practically permanent since the system is not automated.

They won't ignore you, but they usually only answer things like that via GHR (not here) so that it isn't public and maybe (just my guess) so there's a paper trail about why the Mod is digging around in your info. Also if you've already done that it might take longer in this case to get a response than normal because perhaps it needs to come from the Mod that issues the punishment as to exactly what he meant.

I imagine they get TONS of reports in a day, so if I were them I'd be asinine about procedure too. Your response will come!

The moderators and administrators take a very dim view of unsupported bias accusations. How long ago did you send in the GHRs?

I'm not really accusing anyone, it's just that the first time I got banned and my nations deleted, the mod seemed to be really offended.
The first one was about 20 hours ago, and the second one was 3-4 hours ago.

I've had GHRs last longer than 20 days. GHRs sometimes are fast, sometimes take a while, but usually are within a few days. Insulting moderation doesn't make the mods more likely to rush on reversing the ban.

I have finally received a response.

Considering you decided to flame someone as soon as the ban was lifted, the ban is indefinite.

So this is kind of even worse than a permanent ban since at least you can make an appeal then. Now it's just like "we'll unban you whenever we feel like it'', which might be never. Is there anything I can do about this? I have already messaged them a sincere apology and an explanation as to why I broke the rules several times.
