Basket Weaving Industry Calculations

As an uncultured, rude nation, how is it that I have a thriving basket weaving industry. From the way I see it, basket weaving should be influenced by the happiness of the citizens, how much culture a nation has, and subsidies for arts and/or industry, which is the only thing I do have. Any help explaining why my industry is doing so well and how the calculations are done would be helpful. Also what do you guys think?

Well in numerous cultures, basket weaving is an art. So it would only be fitting if culture had an impact, and happiness after rethinking shouldn't have much or any impact.
