Dispatch Bug

Whenever I write a new dispatch, there seems to be a bug that causes said dispatch to appear below one that was written earlier, as you can see here.

Upvoted dispatches are placed above newly created ones for a while. This is stupid, I know, ordering by "New" does not order chronologically.
