login issues

I'm having issues with login, I can see board index but unable to login and look or deal with issues.
I have no clue what the problem is, turn off my ad block and sill no change, plz help if ya can? I'll keep trying.

Since you post this you obviously can login, so your problem description isn't very clear to me.
