Another glitchy nation

Toyanesia, for some reason, is 1st in the world for recreational drug use and compassion even if its stats are zero. It also hasn't CTE'd despite the fact that the player behind the nation hasn't logged in for 197 days. I do believe that this is a similar case as with Litscha.

The regional happenings page also says: "169 days ago: Toyanesia ceased to exist."

Yet it clearly exists. I'm not sure what magical buttons to push, so I'll just leave this here for one of the techies to handle.

Gameside problems can only be handled by GHR, as forum mods cannot do anything gameside.
