Alright, I have MOST Telegram types (Recruitment, WA, Regional.) blocked. And I've checked multiple times on this. However I keep getting TGs relating to the election. Is this an exception for the event?

There are no special rules for this event. All telegram rules apply per usual. File a GHR if you wish to report senders.
