URL tags don't work in-game

For example [*url=http://www.maxbarry.com]Hello[/url] transliterates to "http://www.maxbarry.com Hello". Also [*url]http://www.maxbarry.com[/url] isn't clickable.

Actually they apply to world factbook entries but not in regional message boards or telegrams.

I believe this is intentional. If you're linking to an NS page, they work fine, but non-NS pages are not linkable in RMB posts or Telegrams. Not sure on the _why_ off-hand, but it's been a known setup for years.
