I always have a notice

Everytime I load a new page or even refresh the current one it says I have a notification. If I hover over it though it says "no recent notices". I tried un-subscribing from everything and subscribing to everything, nothing works.

Try doing Ctrl+Shift+F5

I am using Chrome on a Google Chromebook but on my Windows laptop (Windows 8 ) it still does it.

Still not seeing a problem gameside.

You've got your notice Subscriptions mostly turned off. Click Notices/Subscriptions. Turn them all back on and Update. Do a hard refesh (Ctrl-F5). Go back to Subscriptions and turn them off again. Update again.

Did that fix it?
