How do I mention a nation on an RMB?

And you can also type [nation=short]*insertnationnamehere*[/nation] if you want to omit the nation's pre-title, [nation=noflag]*insertnationnamehere*[/nation] if you don't want its flag included in the post, or even [nation=short+noflag]*insertnationnamehere*[/nation] to have only its actual name show up...
