Is it possible to tell what a nation's IP adress is?

Ok, so these people in this region think I am a puppet of a troll. They claim they know my IP adress and that it matches to the troll... it matters not what region or who is involved, I just would like my question to be answered.

The mods can do that, and I am sure they will eventually. Good question though.

Well, the only way they could see your IP address at all is if you've visited something like an off-site forum or website that members of that region run, in which case their admin could see users' IPs just like NS mods/admins can see user IPs here. Since the region in question has a regional website, that's likely where they got your IP, since only the mods/admins here can see NS players' IPs.
