Duplicate items in National Happenings

Is this really necessary? Two log items whenever a nation is banned?

The logs are only "duplicated" because its a notification for both the nation being banned and the nation banning. The only reason you see both notifications is because you're viewing it from the regional happenings page, which will display the notification for both the nation banning and the nation being banned (as this is a list of all notifications pertaining to that region). The nation being banned and nation banning will both only see the notification for them respectively on their national happenings pages.

There really exist sometimes duplicated national happening entries which should not exist. Sometimes Endorsement to an other nation is displayed twice, as well as ejections/banjections on national happenings. In those cases actual endorsement and ejection/banjection happened only once, and result of such actions is what it should be despite of duplicated national happenings entries. Exact reason for this isn't familiar for me but I think it's related to lags in internet connection, caused by double actions with corresponding buttons, that aren't registered enough fast to prevent duplication (?).
