Nonexistent Telegram under Notices

This morning when I logged in, I checked my notices and saw that 14 hours ago, I had received a telegram from a nation by the name of Endr (the name was not linked, suggesting it had since CTE'd). Next to the link to my telegrams, however, there was no number and when I checked my telegrams, there was nothing new.
I suspect this is a bug, but if this is for some reason supposed to happen, I'd be interested in knowing why.

You can read the speculation here: Endr was deleted and the mass telegrams they sent out also deleted. That means the telegram was removed from your inbox before you had a chance to read it: however, the mods presumably have no way of deactivating the received telegram notifier in the new Rift theme, so that notice remained.

The mods CAN change that notifier, but they'd have to do so manually, one nation at a time. Considering there's 90k+ nations involved, I understand their lack of enthusiasm in doing so ;)
