RMB Posting Issue

Hi. I had noticed this happening since yesterday and tried again today, but I cannot post in my puppet storage's RMB. I tried as this my main nation and in my puppets. I try to lodge it but the page just reloads to the top of the page with the message still in writing. Im not sure why this is happening or how.
