Rift top left flag issue

I'm a tad confused, see for yourself:

There is a tiny flag that I have never used before below my actual one, any idea what this is?

It's supposed to be the NationStates logo. You've probably got a corrupted image in your browser cache.

Try a forced refresh, <Ctrl><F5>. If that doesn't resolve it, post here again.
