Delete Forum Posts?

How can I delete posts that were made a long time ago, on locked threads? do I need to have the mods do it for me? if so, how do I request that? I would like it if all of my past forum posts were deleted, of which there are not many. how do I do this?

Only mods can do that, and they won't do that per request because they have better things to do.
