National leader option

My current nation population is 902 million. This means that I should have the option to enter my national leader's name on the Settings page. This however has not happened yet and it says that the setting is 'Awaiting Legislation'. I had my nation on Vacation Mode for two weeks so it ight have something to do with that.

Vacation mode keeps your nation from receiving issues. You were probably at or close to 750 million when you turned on Vacation mode. You'll have to wait for it to come back around just like every other issue.

Correct. You've had the issue, but picked a non-Leader choice.
