Oh, hmm. It seems to be mostly working for me, but my RMB is very quiet anyway...

Among the new banners, there are lots of pictures of churches, but I can't seem to find any mosques. Is this intentional discrimination?
If they exist but simply aren't available to me right now then sorry for not spotting them. I will acknowlege that there are some symbols of other forms of worship (e.g. Keeper of the Flame & Perspective, which shows a temple).
On another note, there doesn't seem to be any banner for being extremely primitive. Are you assuming primitive nations haven't developed banners yet?

If you claim to be religious but don’t control your tongue, you are fooling yourself, and your religion is worthless. Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you. | Not everyone who calls out to me, ‘Lord! Lord!’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who actually do the will of my Father in heaven will enter. On judgment day many will say to me, ‘Lord! Lord! We prophesied in your name and cast out demons in your name and performed many miracles in your name.’ But I will reply, ‘I never knew you. Get away from me, you who break God’s laws.’James 1:26-27, Matthew 7:21-23

Edit: Sorry, is Firefox related, not theme related. Silly Mozilla breaking things!

Trophies as in the things on the default nation page below the description?

Win7 Pro, Firefox 36.0
The "hover" drop down gameside for Notices and Dossier no longer drop down. I can click on the pages but have them load, but they don't drop down automatically.
Telegram preview doesn't work anymore. When I hit "preview" on a nation's page (to see what I've typed), it auto-forwards me to my telegrams page, but the telegram doesn't preview there either. It also doesn't "verify" nations that you are sending a telegram to (by spelling out the nation name - i.e. The XYZ Lands of NATION).
I'm unable to switch to a different telegram folder - including the Sent folder.
When I click on the "RMB Notification," it only loaded the 10 most recent RMB posts (rather than the previous 23), and I'm unable to load earlier "pages" of the RMB.
I'm not enough of a coder to know what's going on, but it seems like a flash or java problem, maybe?

Unless I'm mis-understanding how Java works (which is possible), it seems to be half-working, half-not working. The Rift sidebar hover features (Region -> Message Board, Activity, Administration; WA - GA, SC; The World -> Search, Activity; Dispatches -> all the options I don't feel like retyping; Forum -> Your posts) all work. But the top navbar ones still dont. I suppose it could be a Firefox Add-on or, something, but given that Java appears to be working for part of the layout - yet not all of it - I figured I'd update my report accordingly, in case it somehow helps.

I have occasionally similar issue with some adds, but not with all of them. Is it "Broken as Designed" feature?
