This will be hard to explain but my TG system isn't working right.
It says I have a new telegram from Cosumar and I replied to it but it still says that it's a new unread telegram.
When I try to check my other boxes they don't open.
When I try to delete a message or clicking a button on the TG screen in general it redirects me to my nation homepage

Gameside problems should be reported via Getting Help, as forum mods can't help you. That said, I happen to be a Game Mod, and I'm seeing two unread TGs from Cosumar, both dated today.

Try to force a cache clearing by hitting <ctrl>F5 while on the TG page. You can also try clearing your Temporary files (methods vary depending on your browser). Log out of your nation after doing so, then log back in.

If that doesn't work, post here again. Include your OS, browser, and browser version number.

Make sure you have Javascript enabled. Not having that enabled does result in the kind of problems you describe.
