Election Calculator? Please?

Hello! I'm not exactly sure if this is the right forum or not to ask this, but here I go.

Would anybody know of a proper tool to calculate given elections? For now, I'll be content with anything - so long as I don't have to crunch the numbers up by hand. I suck at math.

Even an Excel file will suffice. I'm not looking for anything flashy or sexy, I just need to be able to do the calculations.

Thank you for your help, NS!

While I appreciate your input, I'm afraid that isn't what I'm looking for; nor does it actually solve the problem. That method would give the political future of my nation into other players' hands, which is not what I want. I've already got the percentages and vote numbers down - I need a way to properly calculate the number of seats the parties would get in a non-proportional seating system. If it goes beyond "Party A has 10% of the vote, so they get 10% of the seats", the math gets too complicated for me. I've done it that way for some time now, with both Vistulange and Nevmaya, and I must admit that it just doesn't feel right.

Putting up a poll on the forums would give me things I already have - percentages. Like I've said, I've got those down. However, once again, I appreciate your input.

It all depends on what non-proportional seating system you're using.

No, no - I see I failed to phrase it correctly. My mistake. I'm still using proportional, just not...purely proportional. To be clear, I'm looking for a mixed-member proportional calculator. If that fails, STV or D'Hondt will do.

Here's a D'Hondt calculator you might be able to use...
