The government funding priorities are labelled "Industry" and "Social Policy" on the Government pie chart, but "Commerce" and "Social Equality" when listed in the national description.

For example:

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Education, although Social Equality and Commerce are on the agenda.

But looking at the pie chart:

Education 37.2%
Social Policy 20.9%
Industry 16.7%
