[strike] not working on RMB or in telegrams

So for the past few days I've been trying to write RMB posts and telegrams with Strike-Through feature and it hasn't been working. It works on the forums but not on the RMB or in telegrams. Is this normal? Is there something similar to it that will work on a regional message board?

Strikethrough isn't supported gameside at all. While they look and mostly work the same was as the forumside BBCodes, the gameside NScodes are NOT in fact the same thing. It probably wouldn't be a massive undertaking for the techies to add it, but I don't know if they'll see much of a reason or need for it.

Thank you. I tried to do as much of my own research as possible on this problem beforehand and saw that the codes were different in different areas of the game but stayed hopeful that I was missing something.
