No national religion

I have gotten the issue for national religion and I did not dismiss it nor chose the option to not have a national religion. It's been at least 3 months since I gotten this issue and this is what I see in my settings http://gyazo.com/2a2b3869ab03c00eadced229d2578d43. The same thing happened on the Capital City and Leader issues, but both were resolved by NS Technical Support.
