I support the option to opt out. There are people who really don't like the zombie thing, and telling them to just leave seems callous somehow. That said, I hope you all enjoy your virus bombs this year >:3

Yeah... If you want to Opt-Out then don't play. I know that was mentioned before, but I feel that the people who want to have fun are willing to participate. If you don't want to play then just sit there and be zombie bombed. Your nation will be infected and you can do whatever you want. Nobody is forcing you to play the game and if I recall the game requires you to push buttons.

It's a political simulation, not a zombie fest.

Those who want to play the simulation part but not the zombie part should be allowed and able to do so without being told to get lost for the duration -_-.

Still, no big deal. It affects all the other aspects of NS by about literally zero percent. If you don't want to participate in that particular aspect of NS, don't. It's not like the rest of it suddenly becomes unavailable.

If you're the region's exec and it's at risk of invasion, lock it until the event is over if you're really that worried.

36 hours isn't exactly an entire week. Seriously, nothing is lost. At all.

I really don't understand why not playing a text-based browser game for 1.5 days is such a hard thing to do. I'm sure most of us have friends/games/lives/bikes/etc that we could do just as much or more things with.

I really don't understand why not wanting to play a text-based zombie browser game for 1.5 days is such a strange thing to do. I'm sure most of us have friends/games/lives/bikes/etc that we wish would just do what they usually do instead of eating our brains.
