Why am I not Delegate?

Although I have received the most endorsements, and the current delegate has been banned, I have still not been given the title.
The banned member still remains delegate. Why is this?

The Current Region: Russian Superstates
The Banned Delegate: [nation]Mother Rus[/nation]
I do not use N.S Tracker.

Your region has not updated yet. Regions are updated around 11pm-12am central time so you have to wait for the day until the swap is official.

I think that's because you have one endorsement. Delegates have two or more.

I don't think that is true.
The banned delegate only had one.
I do not use N.S Tracker.

How long until the region is updated?

It is possible to become a delegate if you only have 1 endorsement, as long as no one else has the more endorsements or the same amount.

No, the "two endorsements" threshold is for submitting WA proposals.
