Well what I mean is,can we have ratings like this.

Admins won't seriously consider a suggestion unless you've actually argued why it should be done.

I'm assuming numbers such as "58" (mine, boo hoo I'm at African levels) translates to, say, .580.

While we could try to mimic it, the numbers are inherently calculated in different ways and thus they're not really comparable anyway.

Doing the unique, personalized, and complicated equation that the Wiki page has would be a pain in the ass.

I would like the idea of having an HDI, though it simply too much work for how little you get out of if. Just make up your own HDI.

You mean the SDI?

Sheepdom Development Index :P

Many nation's want the type of realism for an improved factbook or wiki page. And yeah, the wiki equation is a pain in das ass.
