Actually, if you look under the "Text"-box, you see several of these tags: "Formatting tags: [b] [u] [i] [color] [nation] [region] [list] [size] [font] [strike] [img] [url] [center] [align] [floatleft] [floatright] [background] [background-block] [box]"
If you hold your mouse over them, you get a mouseover message which explains exactly how you should use these things.
