[Forum coding] Want help.

Not sure if correct forum, so if it isn't please move it.

I recently came across somebody posting a link. They made the link say [INSERTNAMEHERE]. I want to know how do I make a link such as
"http://www.nationstates.net/nation=davinhia" not say what it is, but say "Davinhia." And when someone click on it, it goes to the actual link...

I also read the "FAQ" stickie, I didn't find what I wanted. If you can help me, please do.

If I understand your request correctly, use the button labelled "nation".

Or you could manually add [ nation] [/nation ] on either side of the nation's name. Just take out the spaces and make sure you spell it correctly. This only works within the NS website, though.

Basically, if you want that text leading to a different location, change the URL. If you want the text different, change the text
