Telegramming region's WA members

I looked through the FAQ and the pinned post by Mouse but couldn't find ~~ Is there a way for founders to mass telegram his/her region specifically the WA nations only, or non-WA nations for that matter? I know we can telegram the entire region, but is there a way just to telegram just the WA nations in it?

I know there was some work done a little while ago to add filters to mass TGs, but it caused errors if a nation had characters in its name that were also used for the filter.

Being able to only target the WA nations in my region would be extremely helpful, though.

The only way that I'm aware of, to do that, is to use a script or stamps. The API can be searched, I believe, to yield all the WA members in a given region. If you use stamps, you can list out all X number of members - or you can send the TG to bunches of 8 people at a time, I suppose. But I don't believe there's currently an easy way to split out the members that was for a given region with the existing TG interface.

The API has to be filtered to provide all the WAs in the region - there's is no "WA Nations" shard, even though there should be, in my opinion.

GRO's task could be easily done if

A) There was a WA Nations shard.
B) The shards delineated each entry in the same format that an Advanced Dossier does. (Better yet: Vice Versa)
C) You could telegram a dossier automatically.

I'd love a "telegram a dossier" - it'd allow for more customization of which people you want to contact.
