Ah. I assume that's to assuage a concern about giving too many people access to the secret key and so on? Shame there's no way to add 'blind' recruitment officers who can use their time online to send out the recruitment TG without having access to the confidential data about it...

I see. Attempting to reproduce the bug gives me a perfectly valid puppet. Could you possibly open the javascript console, try again, and share what it prints? (Excluding any private information).

Perhaps it was too long, I thought. So I tried "WW Envoy - Region of Islam" even "WW Envoy - ROI" ... nothing worked. Then I killed the hyphen. Boom, puppet made. I know hyphens are allowed in nation names, but is it possible that one here is causing it to error out and give the wrong message?
Your nation name contains two or more punctuation marks in a row. Please correct this before continuing.

It's not a problem with NS++. Nation names can't have two or more punctuation marks in a row. Spaces are included. Without NS++ enabled, you get this error:Your nation name contains two or more punctuation marks in a row. Please correct this before continuing.
