How to look at endorsements?

Postby Kuzcan » Sun Mar 31, 2013 4:57 pm

Is there a way to see which nations I have endorsed. I know it shows which nations endorsed me at the bottom of my nation's page, but recently I have noticed that some of the nations whom I've had mutual endorsements with, have withdrawn their endorsements from me. I can't tell which nations removed their endorsements. I want to remove my endorsement from them because I feel like it is a really dick move on their part. I mean, its kinda messed up that they can screw me over and just walk away while still with my endorsement, and I can't tell which one did it. So I wanted to compare nations that I endorsed with nations that have endorsed me so I can do some spring cleaning.

So does anyone know how I can solve this problem?

There are various scripts that can look through a region and check endos. Also if someone removes their endorsement it does show up on your activity feed if you pay attention. Also, your region isn't that large, you could just go through it by hand once in awhile.

If by activity feed you mean "national happenings" no it doesn't show up, and my region has over 300 nations, it is not practical to look through each one. Also, I have no idea what you mean by "various scripts that can look through a region..."

Nonsense. I did it in regions with thousands of nations on a regular basis for a long time. Having said that, there are more lazy ways to do it nowadays.

You could go to the NationStates API and use the region API to get a list of nations in your region, and the World Assembly API to get a list of WA members, put them in two columns on excel and make a third column show the values that are in both column. That gives you a list of WAs in the region.

Actually, since your region is smaller, you can use NSdossier which is run by the region of Texas to look at your region and sort the nations by WA, that would allow you to skip all the non-WAs and look only at the WA Members.
I prefer not to be called that
